In the Debt Consolidation business, we have to actively manage our customers and data. Our initial Quickbase CRM design continually ran into performance and data problems; our Quickbase application was often crashing multiple times a day. We were able to work with John to separate our major business functions into multiple applications and to work with Quickbase on other performance improvement suggestions. These efforts improved our performance and our data management capabilities significantly. Many of these improvements were done within our live system which didn’t require any downtime. We now operate with a system that rarely crashes and has been able to handle increased growth. -John
