Existing Semiconductor Inventory Support
We were having a difficult time managing our unique inventory/shipping / receiving process using Quickbase. Our company supports the electronic manufacturing in North America and without these processes fully operational it makes it very difficult to know how best we can help our customers. While we had worked with other Quick Base service providers, John was quick to understand our business, and was able to understand what the other provider was “trying” to do. The custom solutions he provided were implemented in short order and our inventory was once again accurate and working as it should. Our shipping and receiving processes are much cleaner and simpler now. He helped streamline a very disjointed process and his attention to how our forms flowed, saving us from data entry errors and the Exact Forms solutions he created also saved our business hours of manual manipulation.
